• Controller: Remx determines the purposes and means of processing user data.
• Processor / Service Provider: Third parties helping us process or store data under

If you connect Remx with your Google account, we may access the following, with your explicit

• Google Drive files or metadata (if you authorize)
• Google Calendar events (if enabled)

We only request the minimum scopes necessary for the features you opt into.

We adhere to Google’s Limited Use requirements: data from Google APIs is used only as

permitted and is not used for training generalized ML models or shared outside defined uses

(except as outlined below).

4. How We Use Your Data

We use collected data for:

• Operating and maintaining the Service
• Personalizing your experience
• Communicating with you (updates, support, notifications)
• Analytics and improving features
• Security (fraud detection, abuse prevention)
• Marketing (if you consent)
• Complying with legal obligations

We do not use Google user data for advertising or beyond the declared purposes without

explicit consent.

5. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We may share data in the following cases:

• Service Providers: Third parties who help us deliver or maintain features (hosting,

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

• Upon deletion request, we remove associated data from active systems and backup

archives within [e.g. 30 days]

• Delete your data (“right to be forgotten”)
• Restrict or object to certain processing
• Data portability (receive your data in usable form)

before fulfilling requests.

You can also revoke your authorization (e.g. Google access) via your Google account settings.

9.  International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to — and processed in — countries other than your residence,

including the U.S. or other jurisdictions, which may have different data protection laws. We

ensure appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contract clauses) are in place to protect your data.

10.  Children’s Privacy

Our Service is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data

from anyone under 16. If you believe we have collected such data, contact us and we will delete
