Terms & Conditions – RemX Build (BITJA)

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided under the name RemX

Build, marketed by BITJA (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our services, you agree to these

Terms.

1. Services Provided

RemX provides digital project management, website development, e-commerce solutions, and

related services.

2. Accounts & Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate information.
  • Clients are responsible for their website content, compliance with laws, and intellectual

property rights.

3. Payment & Billing

  • All fees must be paid in accordance with the agreed plan.
  • Non-payment may result in service suspension or termination.
  • Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may cancel at any time.
  • Cancellations require 3-5 business days to be processed.● Upon cancellation, the client’s website will be taken offline.
  • If a client requests restoration after cancellation, a USD 250 reactivation fee applies.

5. Service Availability & Liability

  • RemX uses Hostinger as a hosting provider and WordPress as a CMS. While we strive

for uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime.

  • RemX is not liable for downtime, bugs, or security issues caused by Hostinger,

WordPress, or other third-party providers.

  • Clients are responsible for maintaining backups of their content unless a separate

maintenance agreement exists.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Clients retain ownership of their content.
  • RemX retains ownership of proprietary tools, templates, and processes.
  • Clients are granted a license to use their website as long as their subscription is active

and payments are made.

7. Acceptable Use

Clients must not use our services for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Hosting or distributing harmful, illegal, or offensive content.
  • Engaging in spam, malware distribution, or unauthorized access to systems.

8. Termination

  •  RemX reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for violation of these Terms.
  • Termination does not relieve the client of outstanding payment obligations.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • RemX is not liable for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities due to service

interruptions.

  • Liability is limited to the amount paid by the client in the last 30 days of service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.

In case of any disputes, the exclusive place of jurisdiction (Gerichtsstand) shall be

Switzerland, at the registered office of BITJA.

11. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects mandatory rights you may have under Swiss consumer

protection law or, where applicable, the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

12. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
